An octopus costume made for my friend's school concert...
Materials:
-Unwanted Sari
-Newspaper (used to stuffs the Octopus legs/hands)
-Glue (I used glue for speed due to urgency, if you have the time you can sew)
-Card board
-Crayons
-Crepe paper
-Elastic band
